How To Make This Easy Healthy Seed Bread?

I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.

The full printable recipe is below.

To make this easy healthy seed bread you start by lining a loaf pan with parchment paper and combining all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Then you stir in the eggs, olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and evenly press it into the pan with your hands or a spatula. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool down for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the pan and let cool down completely on a cooling rack.

Slice into slices and serve.

How To Store This Easy Healthy Seed Bread?

I like to slice the bread into even thin slices and storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Recipe Notes:

I use a mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds and flaxseed in this recipe but you can use any seeds of your choice. You could also try adding chopped nuts to the mix for a little extra crunch.

I use grated Parmesan in this healthy seed bread because I love the salty cheesy flavor it brings. You can use any type of cheese in this recipe including grated mozzarella or cheddar. The cheese is optional so you can also make the bread without it.

Hello Monique! This bread has approximately 99 grams of carbs in the entire bread. Carb amount in each slice depends on how thick/thin they are. If sliced into 12 even slices each slice would have around 8 grams of carbs.
