Ingredients

225 gr / 1 cup salted butter
260 gr / 1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
150 gr / ¾ cup granulated sugar
150 gr / ¾ cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
65 gr / ½ cup all purpose flour
50 gr / ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
45 gr / ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
45 gr / ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Garnish:
45 gr / ¼ cup milk chocolate chips
45 gr / ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175C / 350F

Melt the butter in a 10-12 inch oven safe skillet over medium heat. Add in the semi sweet chocolate chips and stir until melted and combined.

Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract. Let cool down for 5-10 minutes.

In a large bowl whisk the eggs until they start foaming at the top and then add to the skillet.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and stir until well combined.

Drop the milk chocolate and white chocolate chips on top of the batter.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set. Baking time depends on the skillet your using and how thick your brownie is. You want it still a little jiggly in the center.

Remove from oven and top with remaining ¼ cup milk chocolate chips and ¼ cup white chocolate chips. Let cool down for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
