Peanut Butter Oat Bars that are made with 3 healthy and simple ingredients. Peanut butter, honey and oats goes perfectly together in this quick and easy recipe.

  • 250 gr natural peanut butter
  • 250 gr honey
  • 250 gr rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Line a 20×20 cm pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave or in a little saucepan. Stir every 30 seconds.
  3. Add the oats to the mixture. I like using my hands here because the mixture will get rather thick.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan and place in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 min before slicing into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
