These no bake Peanut Butter Oat Bars are made with only 3 healthy ingredients and so easy to make! Unbelievable I know! They are great as a breakfast bar, brunch or in between meals at any time of the day. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer so that these peanut butter oat bars will always stay nice and firm.
Recipe Notes:
If the mixture is too dry: Add in more melted honey.
If the mixture is too wet: Add in more oats.

Ingredients
- 250 gr natural peanut butter
- 250 gr honey
- 250 gr rolled oats
Instructions
- Line a 20×20 cm pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave or in a little saucepan. Stir every 30 seconds.
- Add the oats to the mixture. I like using my hands here because the mixture will get rather thick.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan and place in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 min before slicing into bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
