Peanut Butter Coconut Bars that are made with healthy ingredients like natural peanut butter, coconut oil, chia seeds, coconut flakes and dried cranberries. Yum!

Ingredients

125 gr natural peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
115 gr honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 gr oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
15 gr coconut flakes (or shredded coconut)
25 gr dried cranberries (or dried berries)
25 gr 70% chocolate (melted)
Sea salt
Instructions
Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract in a microwave for 1 ½ min until melted. Stir every 30 seconds.
Transfer to a medium large bowl.
Stir in oats, chia seeds, coconut flakes and dried cranberries. Stir until combined.
Place in a paper lined bread pan.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave and drizzle over the bars.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes before removing from pan and cutting into 10 bars or 8 squares.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge.
