One Pan Creamy Mushroom Onion Ravioli

This One Pan Creamy Mushroom Onion Ravioli is the perfect easy and super comforting meal that is ready to serve in under 30 minutes. Sometimes all you need is delicious creamy ravioli with butter fried mushrooms and onions in a creamy parmesan sauce. 

Ingredients

3 tablespoons salted butter
125 gr / 1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
355 ml / 1 ½ cup chicken broth
115 ml / ½ cup heavy cream
Fine salt and black pepper
45 gr / ½ cup grated Parmesan
250 gr / 9 oz fresh ravioli, mushroom or cheese
(You can also use fresh tortellini)

Instructions

Melt butter in a medium/large skillet over medium high heat.

Add mushrooms and onion and cook until soft and starting to brown. About 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the flour until combined and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then add in the grated parmesan and ravioli. Make sure the ravioli is covered in the sauce. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the ravioli is cooked.

Serve immediately and garnish with more grated Parmesan.
