These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies are a classic treat that the whole family is going to love. The combination of chocolate, oats and peanut butter make these cookies perfectly chewy and delicious. The best thing about these no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies is how EASY they are and that they require NO oven cooking. All you do is heat the mixture and bring to a boil on the stove and then you scoop them onto parchment lined baking sheets and let them rest until they are set at room temperature.
You only need 7 ingredients to make these delicious No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies. And most if not all of these ingredients are staple ingredients in most kitchens!
-Butter, I use salted
-Sugar
-Milk
-Cocoa powder
-Creamy peanut butter
-Vanilla extract
-Quick cooking oats
How To Make These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies?
To make these no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies you start by lining 2 baking sheets or cookies sheets with parchment paper.
Then in a medium saucepan combine butter, sugar, milk and cocoa.
Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute. Careful of the time.
Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oats.
Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking sheets and let the cookies rest until set for 1 hour at room temperature. They are ready when they are easily removed from the parchment paper.
Then you want to store them in an airtight container or Ziploc bag at room temperature or refrigerator.

These cookies can be stored in an airtight container or Ziploc bag at room temperature for up to 1 week or the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Substitutions:
MILK – You can substitute whole milk with another type of milk or non dairy milk.
CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER – You can use crunchy peanut butter instead.
You can also use the same amount of almond butter instead of the peanut butter.

Chewy and delicious no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies that are super easy to make and require no oven cooking.

Ingredients
115 gr / 1/2 cup salted butter
350 gr / 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
120 ml / ½ cup whole milk
4 tbsp / ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
125 gr / ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
275 gr / 3 cups quick cooking oats
Instructions
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, combine butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder. Cook stirring frequently until it starts to boil. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oats until everything is fully combined.
Using a medium size cookie scoop or 2 tablespoons drop the mixture onto the lined baking sheets (15-20 per sheet).
Let the cookies rest until set for 1 hour at room temperature. You want to be able to easily remove them from the parchment paper.
Store the cookies in an airtight container or Ziploc bag at room temperature or refrigerator.
