These Low Carb Prosciutto Chips make the perfect salty, high in protein, keto, paleo, low carb snack. They are also great for crumbling over salads or other food.
1 package prosciutto/parma ham
Preheat oven to 175C / 350F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place in a single layer on the baking sheet tearing the slices into smaller pieces. But not too small as they shrink when cooking. 1 slice in approx 3 pieces.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crunchy. Careful of burning.
Transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool completely. They crisp up as they cool.
Store chips in an airtight container or Ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
You can also make these low carb chips with salami.
