115 gr / 1/2 cup butter, softened
(either salted or unsalted)
2 tablespoons whole milk
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

The butter has to be room temperature before whipping.

Whisk the butter in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes on low medium speed.

Scrape bown the sides of the bowl and add milk and salt. Whisk on medium high for additional 2-3 minutes until the butter is light and fluffy in texture.

Garnish with flaky sea salt before serving.

For Storing: Transfer to an airtight container or glass jar in the refrigerator and store for up to 1-2 weeks. Return to room temperature before serving.
