This Healthy Watermelon Fruit Pizza is the perfect refreshing summer treat that the entire family is going to love. Simply top sliced watermelon with Greek yogurt and some fresh berries or fruits. I hope you enjoy!

Make This Healthy Watermelon Fruit Pizza

I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.

  1. To make this healthy watermelon fruit pizza you simply mix together Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Then you spread the yogurt mixture on the sliced watermelon and cut it  into slices.
  3. Top with berries and kiwi fruit. Serve and enjoy.

Watermelon Tip


After slicing the watermelon, pat it dry with a paper towel to make sure that the Greek yogurt doesn’t slide on the surface of the watermelon.

Notes & Substitutions

Greek Yogurt: Instead of Greek yogurt you can use cream cheese.

Toppings: I use a mix of berries and kiwi fruit to top this watermelon pizza with but you can use any berries or fruits you want! For example:

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Kiwi fruit
  • Cherries
  • Dragon fruit
  • Mango
  • Papaya
  • Peaches
  • Plums
  • Nectarines
  • Pineapple
  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Mandarins
  • Grapes

You can also add other toppings such as: chocolate chips, flaked or grated chocolate, coconut flakes, shredded coconut, peanut butter, almond butter, raisins, any dried fruits and any type of nuts or seeds.

You can also dust the top of it with cocoa powder or icing sugar.

Store This Healthy Watermelon Fruit Pizza

This healthy treat is best served right after making it or same day. However, you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.

Ingredients

2 slices round watermelon
250 gr / 1 cup greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon juice
75 gr / ½ cup blueberries
75 gr / ½ cup raspberries
75 gr / ½ cup strawberries
75 gr / ½ cup kiwi fruit

Instructions

This recipe makes 2 watermelon fruit pizzas. For only 1 pizza, reduce the recipe by half.

Mix together the greek yogurt, vanilla extract and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Spread the yogurt mixture on the sliced watermelon and cut it into slices.

Top with berries and kiwi fruit. Serve and enjoy.
