I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.


You simply place all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and toss to combine.

Serve right away or place in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Notes & Substitutions

Jalapeno: Remove the jalapeno seeds for a milder salsa OR keep the seeds for a spicier salsa!

Fresh Lime Juice: Instead of fresh lime juice you can use fresh lemon juice.

Add In Ideas: Feel free to add any of your favorite salsa ingredients! For example: red chili flakes, fresh herbs, tomatoes or any other ingredients.

Ingredients

4 ripe mangos, diced
2 large avocados, diced
½ red onion, finely chopped
3-4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely diced
Juice of 1 lime
A pinch of fine salt
