I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.


To make these Flourless Nutella Brownies you start by lining a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.

Then you mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

Then you pour it into the prepared baking pan and bake for 15-17 minutes.

Let the brownies cool down for 3-5 minutes before slicing and serving.

I‘ve also tried using sugar free chocolate hazelnut butter instead of Nutella and it came out really well. And if you do, you‘ll have both flour and sugar free brownies.

Ingredients

360 gr / 1 ½ cup Nutella
3 eggs
75 gr / 2/3 cup almond flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175C / 350F

Line a 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients until well combined and smooth.

Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake for 15-17 minutes.
