This Easy Creamy Fruit Salad is filled with fresh fruit in whipped cream and yogurt. It doesn’t get any easier than that. It’s the perfect summer side dish for any family gatherings or as a light dessert. It serves 4-6 so if making for a crowd, double the recipe. I hope you enjoy!

How To Make This Easy Creamy Fruit Salad?

I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.

To make this easy creamy fruit salad you start by tossing the diced apples with fresh lemon juice in a medium bowl. Then add in the rest of the fruit.

Then you stir in the yogurt, vanilla extract and whipped cream until everything is combined and evenly distributed. Serve right away or place in the fridge until ready to serve.

How To Store This Easy Creamy Fruit Salad?

This salad is best served same day but you can store any leftovers covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator.

Notes & Substitutions

Fruit – You can use any fresh fruit and or berries of your choice in this salad. Try adding sliced strawberries, it’s delicious!

Fresh Lemon Juice – Fresh lemon juice is used in this salad to prevent the apples from turning brown.

Greek Yogurt – I used Greek yogurt in this recipe to mix together with the cream but vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt would also work great.

Heavy Cream – Whipped heavy cream gives this berry salad a fresh creamy taste but for a lighter version, you can also skip the whipped cream and use only Greek yogurt or any other type of yogurt.

For Dairy Free – Use whipped non dairy cream such a oat cream. And any non dairy yogurt of your choice such as soycoconutalmond or oat.

Add In Ideas – Any fresh fruit or berries would be perfect in this fresh and creamy salad. You could also add chopped nuts, seeds, or shredded coconut!
