Simple and Easy Chocolate Brownies that are the perfect treat for anyone who loves chocolate.

225 gr butter (melted)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
200 gr caster or granulated sugar
200 gr brown sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
2 tsp vanilla extract
125 gr all purpose flour
100 gr dark cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Heat the oven to 175 °C and line a 33×22 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in the microwave then pour into a large bowl and let cool down for a few minutes.
Whisk in the oil, sugar and brown sugar.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Whisk for 60 seconds until well combined.
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder.
Carefully fold everything together until just combined. Do not over mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Check with a toothpick after 15 minutes, if the brownies are still wet they need more time but if only a few crumbs come back with the toothpick the are ready. You don‘t want the toothpick to come out completely clean. Brownies should be moist. I baked mine for exactly 17 minutes but that depends on the oven.
