These Chocolate Butter Bars are the perfect healthy snack that are stored in and served right out of the freezer. Makes 10 bars.

- 250 gr hazelnut chocolate butter
- I used sugar free
- 85 gr honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 gr flaxseed meal
- 100 gr milk chocolate (sugar free)
- Sea salt (for topping)
- In a medium large bowl mix together chocolate butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Add in flaxseed meal with a spoon and then use your hands. The batter will be thick.
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper and press the batter into the pan.
- Melt the chocolate and pour over the batter.
- Freeze for 30 min – 1 hour.
- Take out of the freezer, cut into bars and sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Put the bars in an airtight container and store in the freezer.
