OK, let’s talk Chocolate Butter Bars people! Chocolate on chocolate. DOUBLE chocolate! They are sure to be a hit for whoever loves hazelnut chocolate butter. I DO! I used sugar free Choco Hazel with Stevia from Good Good and that is in my opinion better than sugared chocolate butter. These bars are similar to my Peanut Butter Bars recipe I recently posted. Go check that one out as well.

Chocolate Butter Bars

Recipe Notes:

You can either sprinkle the sea salt over the bars before putting in the freezer or after you take out of the freezer and cut into bars. Depends on whether you want the sea salt loose or not on top.
Instead of using sugar free chocolate you can use 70% chocolate or dark chocolate.
