How To Make This Chili Jam Prosciutto Arugula Pizza?
I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.
You can find the full printable recipe below.
To make this chili jam prosciutto arugula pizza is very simple. You start by placing your oven rack in the upper 1/3 in your oven and lightly spray a baking sheet or pizza tray with oil.
On a lightly floured surface roll the pizza dough out until you have reached your desired thickness. About a 12 inch circle. Then you place the pizza dough on the prepared pizza tray and spread the chili jam onto the dough using the back of a spoon.
Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese and slide into the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
Once cooked, take out of the oven and top with aragula, torn prosciutto and grated parmesan cheese.
Slice and serve immediately.
How To Store Pizza Leftovers?
Store any pizza leftovers in an airtight container or a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Notes + Substitutions
This recipe makes one pizza approximately 12 inches. It’s the perfect dinner for two to share when enjoying an appetizer before or with a side dish.
If enjoying the pizza as an entrée with no appetizer or side dish, you might want to make two individual pizzas.
Pizza Dough – Any store bought or homemade pizza dough works in this recipe.
Chili Jam – I buy store bought chili jam for this recipe but if you want to make your own you can!
Cheese – I use Mozzarella cheese in this recipe but any shredded cheese should work just fine. You can also try using fresh sliced Mozzarella.
Prosciutto – Any dry cured ham will work on this pizza including parma ham and serrano ham.
