These easy Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies taste perfectly caramelized thanks to the brown butter and they are SO delicious. They are best served warm out of the oven. Serve them with whipped cream and or ice cream. They are also pretty great all on their own. Serve these brown butter chocolate chip blondies as your next family’s dessert or weekend treat.
Variations
When I look at these brown butter chocolate chip blondies, I see so many different variations that can be made to them. You could for example skip the chocolate and just make classic brown butter blondie. You could also ADD any of these things:
MORE chocolate, white and or milk chocolate chips (how about having all three?)
Chocolate bars/chunks instead of chocolate chips.
Peanut butter or any type of nut butter.
Even, hazelnut chocolate butter? (Such as Nutella or other)
Berries, YES! You could definitely add some berries to these blondies. Just sprinkle them on top instead of the chocolate chips and bake. OR both. A mix of lets say either raspberries or blueberries AND chocolate chips.
My point is…
There’s endless possibilities. Use your favorite things and dessert combinations. These blondies can’t go wrong in any form.
Skillet Tip
Instead of transferring the batter into a baking dish you can also just mix everything together in the skillet and put the skillet in the oven and bake to make skillet blondies.
