Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie

1 frozen banana
3 frozen strawberries
225 ml / 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp greek yogurt (optional)
½ tsp pure vanilla extract


Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana
225 ml / 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp greek yogurt (optional)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 frozen banana
225 ml / 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp greek yogurt (optional)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana
225 ml / 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp greek yogurt (optional)
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender for 1 minute until smooth.

Notes

If you want a thinner smoothie just increase the amount of almond milk to for example 250 ml / 1 cup.

Instead of using regular unsweetened almond milk + cocoa powder you could use unsweetened chocolate almond milk, I sometimes do that and it turns out great as well.
