Make This 3 Ingredient Roasted Garlic Puree
I always start by gathering all of the ingredients needed in a recipe and weighing and measuring everything before I start to cook or bake. This part is really important and key in keeping everything organized.

To make this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 4 heads of garlic
- Olive oil
- Fine salt
You start by preheating the oven to 200C / 400F. Then you cut the top of the garlic heads and place on a baking dish with the cut side up. Drizzle the garlic with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Roast for about 35-40 minutes until the garlic is very soft. Remove from the oven and squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skins into a small bowl.
Add in the remaining olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mash everything together with a fork until it forms a smooth paste.
Store This 3 Ingredient Roasted Garlic Puree
Store in an airtight container or glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

4 whole heads of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fine salt
Instructions
