Notes & Substitutions

Red Bell Pepper: I decided to add in 1 red bell pepper in this recipe but you can also skip it if you like or use another color of bell pepper.

Jalapeno: Remove the jalapeno seeds for a milder salsa OR keep the seeds for a spicier salsa!

Fresh Lime Juice: Instead of fresh lime juice you can use fresh lemon juice.

Add In Ideas: Feel free to add any of your favorite salsa ingredients! For example: red chili flakes, fresh herbs, avocados, tomatoes or any other ingredients.

Ingredients

4 ripe mangos, peeled and seeded
1 red bell pepper, seeded
½ red onion, peeled
1 jalapeno, seeds removed
(keep the seeds for spicier salsa)
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt, to taste

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you have reached your desired consistency.
